- Průběh, správu a optimalizaci procesu obnovy služeb
- Tvorbu reportů ze systému SAP i ze systémů výrobců technologií, jejich konsolidaci a zpracování
- Pravidelné schůzky s obchodníky za účelem nastavení postupu obnovy služeb
- Poskytování podpory při revizi a administraci instalované báze nejen v SAP, ale i v systémech výrobců
- Zpětnou kontrolu prodaných služeb z hlediska splnění závazků a správného nastavení v ITSM systému
- Administraci zákaznických a interních účtů souvisejících se servisními službami
- Revalidace kontraktů, ověřování stavu servisních smluv a dalších informací ze systému NTT
- Zpracování reportů produktů z pohledu parametrů EoX (End of anything)
- Pokročilá znalost MS Excel
- Zkušenost s reportingem obecně, nejlépe ze systému SAP, je významnou výhodou
- Pečlivost, spolehlivost, samostatnost, flexibilita, logické myšlení
- Schopnost komunikovat s kolegy a to hlavně s obchodním oddělením
- Připravenost učit se a aplikovat nové postupy a možnosti jak zpracovávat a interpretovat data
- Základní přehled o IT technologiích a principů servisních služeb je výhodou
- Odolnost vůči stresu, schopnost srozumitelné a trpělivé komunikace, týmový hráč
- Proaktivní přístup k řešení problémů a zlepšování procesů
- Dobrá znalost AJ
- Zkušenost na obdobné pozici alespoň 2 roky je preferována

Primární odpovědnost pozice Renewal Support Specialista je v přípravě podkladů, řízení a kontrole obnovy všech servisních služeb a subskripčních i cloudových licencí našich zákazníků. Sekundárním úkolem je podporovat kolegy ohledně dotazů na servisní služby, přehledy instalované báze a další s tím související požadavky. Jedná se tedy o administrativně koordinační roli s velice silným prvkem v oblasti reportingu a zpracování dat nejen ze systémů NTT, ale i výrobců technologií.
