    • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Global Shared Service Centers
    • Verantwortlich für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der Einzelgesellschaften und den Konzernabschluss nach IFRS
    • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Landesgesellschaften
    • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung und Einhaltung der umsatzsteuerlichen Regelungen
    • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Abläufe
    • Schnittstellenfunktion zu den im Shared Service Center betreuten Gesellschaften
    • Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Stakeholdern (Controlling, HR, IT, Geschäftsführung)
    • Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer/innen / Steuerberater/innen
    • Monatliches Reporting an das Management

    Die Kapitel deiner bisherigen Story:

    • Du hast dein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Rechnungswesen und / oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
    • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld – idealerweise in vergleichbarer Position in der Konsumgüterindustrie mit
    • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Shared Service Centern und möchtest uns beim Transformationsprozess hin zu einem global agierenden Shared Service Center begleiten
    • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich auf Basis von SAP sammeln
    • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS
    • Du würdest dich selbst als begeisterte/n Teamplayer/in und Leader bezeichnen, der/die seine/ihre Stärken in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen sieht
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 bzw. SAP s4/Hana zeichnen dich aus
    • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
