    We are recruiting for an Finance Team Lead who will be leading one of the team within MedTech Financial Services scope.



    The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:


    • Drive deep expertise, ensure the entire team is fully aware of global procedures and compliance requirements for their respective areas.
    • Promote an end-to-end standardized approach and continuous improvement mindset throughout the team.
    • Manage, recruit, train, supervise and evaluate direct reports, advise on their performance, guide their development and hold them accountable for results.
    • Empower direct reports to act with speed, agility and accountability to achieve their goals.
    • Foster a work environment that maximizes diverse perspectives, backgrounds and talents to generate innovative ideas or solutions, challenge the status quo, lead and adapt to change.

    • Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully adhering to compliance, internal audit & SOX requirements, timely execution of deadlines throughout the month.

    • Review and update process controls and procedures; ensure all processes are properly documented.
    • Supporting close interaction with stakeholders and business partners (BUF, A2R, I2C, IC, R2P teams etc.) to ensure appropriate knowledge is gained within the team to gain comfort on completeness, accuracy and validity of numbers.
    • Manage audit requests and audit walkthroughs as required.
    • Ensure new business is seamlessly onboarded into the Prague team in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Assist the A2R/R2P Manager in setting departmental objectives.
    • Demonstrate seniority and leadership skills, actively supporting the management of less experienced staff.
