- Zajišťování chodu recepce a kanceláře
- Přijímání návštěv, vyřizování příchozích telefonických hovorů a e-mailové korespondence
- Zpracování poštovních zásilek a přebírání dodávek od kurýrních společností
- E-mailová a telefonická komunikace s dodavateli a zaměstnanci společnosti, správou budovy, apod.
- Ad-hoc administrativní podpora zaměstnanců firmy (archivace dokumentů, organizace služebních schůzek a cest, firemních akcí, apod.)
- Velmi dobrou znalost angličtiny (úroveň B2 +)
- Uživatelskou znalost práce s PC (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SŠ vzdělání s maturitou
- Předchozí zkušenosti s chodem recepce na asistentské pozici nebo v zákaznickém servisu VÝHODOU.
- Spolehlivost, pečlivost, flexibilitu a odolnost vůči stresu
- Samostatnost, dobré komunikační dovednosti a orientaci na zákazníka
- Přátelskou, usměvavou a vstřícnou osobnost s pozitivní energií
