We look for the following position

PRODUCT MANAGER CLINICAL MICROBIOLOGY

for Czechia, Slovakia & Hungary

PRIMARY SCOPEWithin the framework of Company guidelines and strategy, implement and design the marketing strategy for his/her portfolio products in order to maximize the business results in his/her territory and ensure the interface with corporate major function, monitor from A to Z the product life Cycle, from pre-launch activities to termination, with proper feed-back on all market aspects: competition, regional / country Market trend.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support product life cycle including feed-backs and adjustments to local requirements
• Support the commercialization of diagnostics tests and solutions by providing trainings and presentations to the sales team and the customers
• Organize external events: symposium, customer visit and congresses, KOL networking
• Ensure product knowledge and implement actions to maintain it (trainings & workshops)
• Bridge local and global organizations on sales, marketing and support aspects
• Contribute to budget / Strat-Plan process (long term planning), challenge and monitor the sales with local teams
• Collect information related to the market & VOC, to transform the market and customer needs in requirements to support Cluster and Global Marketing and give her/his strategic vision and recommendation for future development, being at the interface for several brands
• Ensure coherence of the pricing policy, develop pricing structures for new & existing products in line with market conditions and competitor's activities. Quote profitability according to bioMérieux standards

PROFILE

Studies-Experience

• Degree in biology (BA) or similar, preferably in the field of the product scope, marketing degree is a plus
• Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is welcome
• Alternatively education as Lab Technician in a routine Laboratory

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of IVD/diagnostics lab environment
• Strong collaboration, documentation and presentation skills, demonstrated superior verbal, written and presentation skills with all levels of staff
• Be ready for the customers meetings and creating KOL networking
• Financial indicators understanding, analytical skills
• Good ability for communication, team work and organization, networking within and outside the company
• International mindset, ability to adjust in multicultural environment, good relational skills

Language:

• Fluent in Czech and English

Travel Time: approx. 30% - 40% customer facing time

Primary Location

• Czechia (Prague preferred)
