- Constantly identify opportunities to build sustainable revenue growth for a good margin on the base of category development trends, market development trends
- Act as the key junction between the category and the sales.
- Manage sales forecasting process and analysis of sales development vs plan; opportunities and risks analysis and giving recommendations for actions
- Lead Local Demand Review (LDR – pre-meeting preparation and coordination with MKT, sales and logistics)
- Support Revenue growth Management process
- Lead, motivate and develop direct reports to higher strategic and proactive level to achieve KPIs
- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach
- Synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position
- Finding new and innovative solutions
- Working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantage
- Customer and category knowledge a distinct advantage
- Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially high level Excel analytical skills
