- You are a (soon to be) graduate of university (preferably in the field of economics) OR graduate of business academy with 1,5+ years of working experience in finance, accounting or controlling department.
- You have at least basic accounting or controlling experience – either from work experience, a part-time job or a good theoretical background.
- You speak fluent English and have a good command of Czech (min. B2 level).
- You thrive in faced – paced environment and enjoy working project work.
- You are communicative and not afraid to deal with clients.
- You have a team spirit and want to learn.
- Collaborate and work on finance projects - whether it's implementation of a new financial system, backfill of client's accountant, controller or operational coordination in finance area.
- Learn from more experienced colleagues, absorb information and broaden your horizons.
- Diversify your experience and develop managerial and project management skills.
- Collaborate with foreign Deloitte offices and specialists in other disciplines, such as tax, technology, law, audit, or industry-specific consultants.
- You will be part of Deloitte project team or in charge of respective finance projects (depending on the volume of the project).
- After gaining some experience, in 1- 2 years you can decide which direction you want to go in your career. Whether it's chief accountant and CFO's skills, project management skills or focus on technology – everything is possible).

- The experience and confidence you gain on the job will allow you to take on more responsibility.
- You will have a responsibility to develop your team members through mentoring and coaching.
