Job summary
We have just implemented a new HR delivery model in Danfoss so you will be joining a new HR Services organization with a strong pioneering spirit and an ambition to deliver state of the art HR services to our business.As part of the EMEA payroll leadership team,
You will lead a team of 16 Payroll Professionals spread across Eastern & Southern Europe;
You will be working closely with stakeholders across different functions,
Do you see yourself responsible for end-to-end Payroll, Time & Benefit services for a big geographical area?
- Playing a key role in a big transformation journey - streamlining the system landscape,
- Leading the payroll team by role modelling our company values,
- Demonstrated experience with leading people and streamlining processes.
