    Manual Testing Leadership Opportunity


    Key responsibilities include leading manual testing activities for SIT, regression, and functional testing, as well as assessing current manual test cases for automation feasibility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing processes, methodologies, and tools such as Jira, ALM, Zephyr.


    Additional key responsibilities include defining governance for manual testing and reporting, ensuring proper documentation of test scenarios, cases, and results, collaborating with Automation Engineers to transition test cases to automation over time, managing defect tracking, triaging, and resolution follow-ups, and mentoring QA team members on test practices and standards.
