Role Summary:

Our customer is looking for an experienced Finance Data Expert to carry out initiatives focused on increasing their DCAM score. This role requires a deep understanding of data management frameworks like DCAM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to function both independently and in team settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the Finance Data Handbook.
• Improve data literacy within the finance team.
• Achieve a DCAM score of 4.4 in Governance by September 2024.
• Socialize the Data Handbook with stakeholders.
• Contribute to documentation within the Finance Data Catalogue.
• Collaborate across teams to align data governance with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years in finance data governance.
  
• DCAM or similar certification.
• English level C2.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharma industry experience.
• Proven success in improving DCAM scores.
• Additional languages.
