Job summary

We are looking for a communicative, well-organized, and detail-oriented candidate to join our Instrument Transformers and Sensors unit in Brno as an Order Handling Specialist.

Your main responsibility will be supporting customers in the Order Handling department, which focuses on receiving, managing, shipping, and invoicing orders.

Responsibilities

  • Order execution – receiving and confirming customer orders
  • Communication with customers throughout the delivery process
  • Coordination with carriers, handling transport inquiries
  • Active participation in implementing new tools for order management and efficient administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Secondary or university education in economics or technical fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
  • Communicative level of English
  • Proficiency in PC use, MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
