A Day in the Life: Virtual Academy (VA) team aims to advance Medtronic T&E footprint in order to improve customer engagement, expand reach, deliver tailored content and transform T&E through introduction of virtual solutions as well as empowering our employees with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess training gaps and discuss training content needs for each OU (Operational Unit) periodically, co-develop and follow up annual content development plans to create BLP's (Blended Learning Pathways) and other training materials
• Instructional design and creative digital content development capability
• LMS/CMS management for digital content
• Training data management, reporting
• Tech savvy, with good understanding/experience with AI practises in T&E

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, experience in Pharma, Medtech would be preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision managing large projects or processes
• Provides/Implements solutions to problems
• Strong communication skills, able to negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement, and influence decision-making.
• Self-driven personality, highly motivated to learn and develop
• Reliable team member, collaborator
