Job summary
The HR generalist will support the growth of Prop Firm Match's global team by ensuring smooth execution across recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, documentation management and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews efficiently across multiple time zones ensuring zero delays or miscommunications
- Own the first stages of hiring screening interviews hiring questionnaires cultural interviews Maintain real-time status tracking of all candidates in our ATS Workable Ensure candidate communication is fast clear and friendly reflecting PFM culture Execute Smooth Onboarding & Employee Setup Prepare onboarding checklists documentation links access setup Coordinate welcome messages team intros first-week agendas Track completion of onboarding tasks and flag delays to HR lead Maintain Accurate HR Documentation & Records Keep employee database and HR files clean consistent in our internal HRIS Work collaboratively with our EOR partner Update org charts leave tracking contracts and internal HR documents when needed Support culture & engagement activities Assist in organizing async team rituals birthdays kudos highlights feedback rounds Track participation collect feedback for continuous improvement Be the 1st line of HR support Respond to common employee questions policies access schedules leave Escalate sensitive or strategic items to HR Head Success Indicators Priority roles filled within agreed timelines with strong hiring manager satisfaction Structured hiring processes documented consistently applied Onboarding process fully standardized operational Maintaining accurate up-to-date accessible Human Resources information Improving retention engagement indicators over time Running smooth efficient operations minimizing escalations
