    Quality Engineer ensures that the quality requirements for the product being manufactured are met. Bying responsible for the supplier quality and quality of purchased parts and provide support for Production to produce product in line with customer requirements (audit, quality check). Ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are made. Is part of the regular meetings, where discussions about current production problems are also underway.

    Key responsibilities and deliverables:

    to perform product audits and quality checks

    to secure internal quality

    to perform process audits of manufacturing processes

    to be part of regular quality meetings with production staff based on customer claims and internal scrap

    to ensure supplier quality and quality of purchased material / to issue supplier claims

    to maintain quality management system and to supervise it is kept

    Key competences:

    Minimum 3 years' experience

    Knowledge of standard ISO 9001 of management system certification

    Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5xWhy, Ishikawa, etc.)

    Knowledge of improvement tools (Lean, PDCA, etc.)

    Communication and negotiation skills

    Fluent English and Czech Language

    Analytical thinking and "Hands-on" mentality
