Responsibilities

  • Keep the Lucerna office running smoothly and ensure Apifiers have what they need to perform at their best.
  • Greet visitors, candidates, and partners at Lucerna - you'll be the first smile they see at Apify.
  • Keep the office tidy, stocked, and buzzing: straighten shared spaces, run the dishwasher, and ensure lobby and meeting rooms stay sharp all day.
  • Own deliveries, supplies, snacks, and vendors - the kitchen, coffee station, and snack program keep Lucerna running smoothly.
  • Handle daily lunch orders via Wolt and local spots - place them, track receipts, settle invoices.
  • Book tables and manage restaurant accounts in the neighborhood.
  • Set up new hires for success: welcome packs, desks, and first-day essentials.
  • Plan and run internal events and team activities that people rave about.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly on Slack and face-to-face with everyone.
  • Solve daily challenges with fresh, practical ideas.
  • Shape our big 2026 office move - your vision and detail will help define the new space.

Qualifications
