Job summary
The Asahi #d Solution Owner SFA/CRM is responsible for managing the relationship with sales key users, knowledge of business processes, management of delivery partner and performance monitoring. They take full ownership of dedicated application portfolio under regional strategy based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
They are accountable for projects and application evolution focusing on SFA/CRM domain through demand gathering, classification, use cases definition solutions design within architecture guidelines continuously evolve regional solution set project governance for deliveries by external off-shore partner championing regional design ensuring proper integration retirement local solutions facilitation testing new functionalities testing case creation testing execution based AEI testing standards change management super user training ensure value realization.
They serve as primary escalation point service management related topics raised respective business key user requires follow-up develop engage key/super user network across AEI facilitate change management end user training business applications.
