Job Overview
The role of Operations Engineer involves ensuring the high availability and reliability of Microsoft-based applications and systems.
As a key member of the IT operations team, you will participate in project work, collaborating with developers to meet SLA requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining Azure Cloud and On-prem environments, including SharePoint, Microsoft SQL servers, CRM, .NET custom applications, and other services.
In addition, you will respond to customer requests, manage change cycles, and report on tasks and activities according to ITIL best practices.
