As a Data-Driven Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Digital Business Automation team in CTO Infrastructure.

The role focuses on turning insights into tangible improvements to drive platform stability and embed proactive practices.

You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to define service health metrics, build dashboards, support automation initiatives and contribute to readiness assessments.

We are looking for a strong analytical thinker with experience in service reliability, production support or platform operations at scale.

• Familiarity with automation/orchestration platforms like Control-M or IBM SFG.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and DevOps culture.
• Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, Power BI).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, batch processing and file transfer workflows.
• Proactive communicator with strong documentation and facilitation skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and user-oriented reliability mindset.
