To support our mission, we're looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist to help us refine and execute our GTM strategies, streamline revenue operations, and improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Building the infrastructure that shortens the time to execution of customer engagement campaigns.
- Improving lead conversion rate through better scoring and AI-powered qualification.
- Scaling the account management customer pool with automated nurturing that drives product usage and overages.
- Building behavioral automation campaigns that guide customers toward conversion-ready states.
- Establishing data-driven PQA criteria that identify customers when they're actually ready to convert.
- Maintaining a clean contact database with reliable enrichment and lifecycle management.
- Creating an analytics framework to track what behaviors predict conversion.
