- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and efficient systems solutions, targeting NPI for addressing business challenges, in alignment with company strategy
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and establish partnership, effectively communicating progress, decision-making processes, and prioritization.
- Strong alignment with business (cross functional domains) to break silos and help identify transformation of cross functional processes, with automation, AI and other progressive trends
- Challenge the ways of thinking to bring in step change for company future NPI landscape
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and IT
- Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives by leveraging industry best practices,
- Complete ownership for PM tools (from ideation, development, roll out and maintenance)
- Actively coordinate all phases of project from concept, project planning, development, execution, monitoring to project closure
- Ensure all pre-requisites for system transformation in NPI landscape are accounted for (data, integration, architectural principles & flexibility), together with ease of system usage
- Influence leadership and lead by example, together with external consultants, by orchestrating different dimensions of the NPI landscape (data, integration, architectural principle & flexibility, UX, progressive trends)
- Drive change management with business stakeholders
- University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of Software Development, Business Partnering
- Significant experience with large engineering enterprise systems, especially in definition and implementation
- Experienced with cloud-based systems and architecture in terms of integrating on cloud, knowledge on latest trends and progressive technologies(AI/ML, Composable architectures)
- Strong business partnership and collaboration skills, in terms of understanding the need and challenging stakeholders
- Strong Strategic thinker and planner
- Knowledge of budget management & financial planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate at all organizational levels
• - Solid business analysis, customer interaction and complex problem-solving skills
- Well integrated with IT teams and can work cross functionally to gather required support, influence and lead by example.
