    Popis nabídky práce

    Hledáme motivovaného, na detail orientovaného technika, který bude poskytovat technické poradenství a podporu napříč naším sortimentem produktů. Ideální kandidát musí mít zkušenosti z technického oboru, schopnost řešit problémy se zaměřením na špičkové služby.

    Odpovědnosti:

    • Poskytování technické podpory našim koncovým uživatelům, i našim B2B partnerům (osobně, po telefonu, e-mailem) 
    • Testování produktů a podávání informací o nových produktech zákazníkům
    • Evidování a vyřizování reklamací
    • Zajišťování servisů, vč. případných výjezdů za zákazníky apod.
    • Prezentování Somfy produktů příchozím zákazníkům na našem showroomu
    • Navrhování technického řešení nebo doporučení alternativních produktů dle potřeb zákazníků.
    • Přispívat ke zvyšování kvality prostřednictvím podpory a zajištění rozhodovacích procesů.
    • Ověřování vráceného zboží od zákazníků a poskytnutí pomoci logistickému týmu při efektivním zpracování.

    Kvalifikace

    Kvalifikace:

    • Držitel osvědčení o odborné způsobilosti v elektrotechnice dle vyhlášky č. 250/2021 Sb.
    • Anglický jazyk alespoň na základní úrovni.
    • Schopnost pracovat samostatně i jako součást týmu.
    • Schopnost řešit problémy s důrazem na detaily.
    • Flexibilita zvládat příležitostné naléhavé návštěvy na místě.
