    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    The role is a maternity leave cover for at least 1 year.
    You will join a critical function our HR Operations team. As part of our team, you will be responsible to support and execute our employees' lifecycle administration and several improvement projects running in parallel in the Prague office. The role will focus on delivering excellent user support through the employment lifecycle, while shaping, revamping, and enhancing all critical HR processes such as – onboarding, exit, grievance handling, policies, employee data, HR compliance, etc. You will partner with the broader HR Operations teams (In Budapest and Warsaw) to facilitate, support and execute policy and process changes from time to time as required. As BCG in Central Eastern Europe continues to grow, we seek a motivated and knowledgeable HR professional with the ability and willingness to analyze, automate, and execute operational HR tasks as our organization transforms over the coming years.

    • Partnering with the People team to provide excellent on- and offboarding experience for our colleagues while ensuring compliance and documentation requirements are met.
    • By analyzing trends, you provide invaluable insights that enable both our business and HR leadership teams to make informed decisions that enhance talent management.
    • Working closely with the People team and employees to improve our employee value proposition (EVP).
    • Supporting the implementation of critical HR projects from time to time per organizational direction.

    YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • You have relevant experience of minimum 1 year in HR operations, worked in process & policy design, and understand the importance, breadth, and depth of HR (labor) compliance.
    • You understand the essence of payroll processes and HR' s inherent role in supporting payroll accounting related matters.
    • Absolute integrity and trustworthiness are second nature to you.

    • You're happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward, are consistently dependable, and stay calm even in stressful situations.

    • You're proficient in the MS Office suite; experience with Workday is a plus.
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Czech.

    YOU'LL WORK WITH


    You'll be part of a highly motivated small team in the Prague office lead by the HR Operations Manager, and you will be working closely with the Budapest and Warsaw HR Operations teams as well. The team's collaboration is always characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. In addition, you will be in close contact with the team leaders of the other departments, and in the wider European and Global BCG community, enabling you to draw on your colleagues' experience at any time. Through these various interfaces, youֺ'll gain interesting insights into all areas of HR (recruiting, career development, learning and development, etc.).
