    Job Overview:

    Key Responsibilities

    • You'll support accurate and timely completion of collections activities and maintaining collections record for the company, including collection of outstanding payments and managing disputes
    • Communication with customers on issues related to collections, including investigation and root cause analysis to solve disputes correctly
    • You will have support from the senior members of the team and will be able to raise any issues and queries that exceed your experience to the Team Lead and team Specialists
    • You'll take active part in the planned ERP system change

    Skills & Experience

    • Ideally 2 years' experience in O2C collections operations
    • English language skills at intermediate level
    • Strong MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude to interpret customer and financial data
    • Basic knowledge of finance business processes, collections policies, treatment strategies, and statutory accounting principles
    • Basic knowledge of core finance and specifically collections systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality
    • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with proactive approach
