Senior Key Account Manager – Amazon Marketplaces - Capital City of Prague

Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Private Label business on Amazon. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon and the Private Label lifecycle, as well as experience in mentoring and guiding accounts or smaller teams. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Private Label brands across Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, US)
• Build strong, long-term relationships with our clients brand owners
• Define and execute strategies for pricing, expansion, and growth
• Coach and align Key Account Managers to ensure consistent performance across the portfolio
• Track and constantly improve key metrics (TACOS, ROAS, margin, profit) and translate insights into action

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience with Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central)
• Deep understanding of the Private Label lifecycle
• Mentorship mindset – you've guided accounts or smaller teams before
• Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Fluent English – daily communication with global partners
