Infrastructure Delivery Leader

This role involves overseeing initiatives aimed at protecting and securing services and products through vulnerability management and ensuring the implementation of all necessary safety controls.

As the principal coordinating point for Infrastructure teams, you will plan, monitor, and execute delivery in terms of IT solution cost, schedule, scope, and reporting. You will provide estimates for recharge and resource to the business or an Application Project Manager.

Additionally, you will manage and report risks associated with Infrastructure area, timely escalate issues, and mitigate actions. You will also provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders within the team and externally regarding the progress of infrastructure-related tasks in relation to agreed timelines and milestones.

Furthermore, you will assist the Application Project Manager from an infrastructure perspective to ensure smooth handover to Support teams from Application end.

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills, ability to work in an unstructured environment, and experience managing multi-disciplined teams. Familiarity with cloud technologies, Linux, MQ, Oracle, Mongo is required.

The Digital Infrastructure Services team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure solutions for Enabler Platforms teams while protecting and maintaining existing systems.

This hybrid role is based out of Cracow, Poland, offering opportunities to broaden knowledge in global projects in a dynamic team, as well as great development opportunities in line with the bank's strategy.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Managing initiatives which protect and secure new or existing services and products through vulnerability management and ensuring all safety controls are in place.
• Acting as the principal coordinating point for Infrastructure teams.
• Planning, monitoring and executing delivery in terms of IT solution cost, schedule, scope and reporting.
• Providing estimates for recharge and resource to the business or an Application Project Manager.
• Managing and reporting risks associated with Infrastructure area.
• Timely escalating of issues and mitigating actions.
• Providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders within the team and externally regarding the progress of the infrastructure-related tasks in relation to the agreed timelines and milestones.
