Job Description

As a Program Controls Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and financial control of projects.

This role involves overseeing various aspects of program management to ensure compliance with Aero Procedures, including analyzing and managing program budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

The Program Controls Specialist collaborates with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to achieve program objectives.

You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Brno, Czechia location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell.

You will partner with the integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites.

You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with global program management team, business leaders and customers.

You will coach and mentor Program Control Specialist with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.

Responsibilities


Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
Identify root cause, impact, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies, maintain schedule and track milestones.
Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and financial data.
Analyze cost schedule integration.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
Help to improve project management processes.

Qualifications


Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
2+ years of Project/Business Management Experience
Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
