Mehrnoosh Hazrati

I am an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in academia and research institutes. I am skilled in Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation DFT methods. Currently, I am working as an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral researcher at CEITEC using MD simulations to study the interactions between proteins/peptides and phospholipids membranes.

   Project 1: A new model to accelerate all-atom molecular dynamics simulation of phospholipid bilayers
   Project 2: Enhanced selectivity of antimicrobial peptides

3. Laboratory Supervisor at Nickel Gostar Company, Tehran, Iran, Nov 2017 – Apr 2019
   Analyzing electroplating solutions to determine chemical composition or physical properties using titration, plating, and other quality control tests.
   Maintaining laboratory instruments to ensure the proper working order and troubleshooting malfunctions when needed.
   Help and guide customers to solve their issues with their electroplating solutions, materials, and apparatus.
